Rose immediately let go of the people's arms. " No...No it can't be!..." Rose knew these people because the people were Rose's parents. "Rose, help us!" "You're not my real parents...You can't be..." Rose's parents stepped adelante, hacia adelante her. "Remember the fuego Rose? The fuego you created? The one that killed us?" Her father said. Crystal and Flare were walking down the tunnel. "Mom, are tu sure were not lost?" Flare asked. " Yes I'm sure. As long as these vines are on us, we're safe." Crystal said, pulling on the vines. Flare nodded, but grabbed her mom's hand, just in case. They walked a little más and saw a light, coming from a room. "Look, see? That must be where Thorn's at. Let's hurry." They ran into the large room. Nothing was in it but tall crystals, a deep purple. Flare glanced at each of them for only a segundo and then called to her mom. " Mom, what are these? Mom?" she looked around and Crystal was gone. When did I let go of her hand? Maybe she slipped away without me knowing. Flare walked around, looking for her mom. "Gotta stay calm. Nat dicho to always stay calm, never panic." She walked quickly around the room until she finally found her. She was standing in front of a crystal, staring at it. " Mom, what are tu doing? We have to find Rose's brother Thorn!" Crystal ignored her, just kept staring into the crystal. " Mom? Are tu ok?" Flare looked at Crystal's face and saw her eyes weren't normal. They were a dark purple almost black. She gasped and shook her mom to try and get her out of the hypnotic state she was in but it didn't work, just kept staring at the crystal. Flare looked at the crystal and realized it was different. Instead of purple darkness, there was something moving in it, like a movie. She looked closer and saw that it was her mom's dream. Inside it was Crystal on parte superior, arriba of a tower gripping to the sides. Then Flare saw that lions were trying to get to her, jumping and clawing getting closer and closer, but never seemed to get it. Mom's two worst fears! These crystals must be causing them! I have to wake her up! Then Flare was grabbed from behind.

My first story, so, if tu wanna make suggestions, post of a foros ill make in a bit.
The old streets eminated of fossil fuels burning, roadkill and sadness. The ally was scattered with boxes, empty glass bottles and pieces of old news paper. In the distance, a siren went off and perros yipped to eachother in thier own language. The streets felt cold and filled with the sorrow of the people around.
My body felt cold as ice. I longed to be warm and safe. I wished I had some money to get something to eat, but who would listen to a stray? No one. I curled up in a ball, attempting to get warm, as I drifted into a small rest.
I worried if the wrong person would find me here in this ally, alone in this cold, dark allyway. I dismissed this worry and held the arms of false hope, whispering false facts into my freezing ears.
I believed the false hope's bitterly cold arms were a sign I was alive.
