I really hope they do the memories scene well, not like in OOTP, where they did his worst memory very shortly.

I still can't chose, but I wanna add that I am definitely interested to see who will play the youngest version of Snape.

i hate his death. it was too sudden. he deserved to have a death like dumbledore's. i mean, im looking forward to the movie, but i hate the fact that he had to die, with only harry to witness it. I almost cried when i knew about his undying love for lily, and when he said "always", i felt a tremendous surge of sadness. aawww :(

Not because I want him to die just because Alan Rickman does such a seirous Snape and I would like to see how he ends it.

He doesn't die, so I choose this one! I want to see the memories quite badly. You don't really see him opened up and in pain.

J.K. did not once say once that he was actually, truly dead. The other characters believed it, sure. But he was a Potions master, how do we not know if he took something to save himself or not?

I'm soooo with Mel_52, denial is currently an African river for me . I'm even holding on to the totally unrealistic hope that the movie makers will deviate slightly from the book and make Severus' death not look as definite ... yeap, in denial!

@ silvia50: True, nowhere in the book was it ever confirmed that he died. Even though Harry referred to Severus later on in the past tense, implying Severus had died, the use of that tense could also mean that he had simply lost total contact with Severus...yeah, that works for me :-D
