Depends on what you're talking about. You could be talking about their personality, their character, the way the act, their way of deciding all sorts. So I guess it varies for certain people and what exactly is changing.

Tha's a movie, dear! I think you can if properly motivated by a horrific event or something like that but for the most part, though, I don't think a leopard can change it's spots, & if it seems to be, it's usually cause they've learnt how to hide it better.

Yes, people can change. But only if they want too, you can't force a person to change, it wont work. It just makes things worse. Just look at Eminem, how much he's changed... drug wise that is. People changing is sorta like going into rehab, you gotta do it yourself, cant be forced. You can be influenced to change though.
