It's rude.Just because you can't see the person behind the internet does not mean you can have the right to do that.If people do bully others on the internet then they have a serious issue or issues...

Nope. I try using rationale, persuasion, or asking them nicely. Then I either report them or leave them be. Sometimes I just ignore the problem when it comes up.
And I try not to say mean things just because I feel like it. (:

Technically, she was bullying me and I was standing up for myself.. I may have went a little too far but meh, she got over it.

No, if I want to act tough and all, I'd do it in person, where that person could hit back. Not that I would bully anyone to begin with. That's just low.
