First off, I’m trying to convey that I find your statement o remark funny, even though I may o may not be laughing behind this screen. Some people are too lazy to laugh, o just do it to make them think that they like tu in order to get something out of you. Those kind of lolers are NOT your friends, I repeat NOT. For those who are clueless about what I’m talking about, “lol” is internet slang for laugh out loud and is probably the most used word on the internet and about 90% of internet denizens use this slang word in their daily online conversations, blog posts, comments, etc. It also has to be the most annoying word ever in the world of the interwebz, but it is really difficult to stop using this word and sometimes tu will find yourself using it inadvertently. Alternatives include “haha”, “lmfao”, “rofl”, and many, many more. I've been on the internet long enough to know. :-)

As the título suggests, these are what work for me.. So tu know...
1; AVOID ALL COVID NEWS;
Never ever watch the news, all they do is tell sad stories and make tu feel worse about this than tu already do..
2; GO FOR WALKS;
I live at a lake place, and know a path that's my usual for walks. I go alone though, I like the alone time.. Just getting outside, it really helps..
3; DISTRACT YOURSELF;
To me, continuing to play video games, watch youtube and watch tv, just as I did before all this.. It really helps..
4; STAY POSTIVE;
This my biggest one. Always stay optimistic.. Enjoy the little things.. Like seeing something on netflix. Whatever it is..
