Atheist, both bc I was brought up in an agnostic household that taught me to doubt and bc of my personal experiences. There's so much shit in the world that I've seen both firsthand and in the news and stuff and I don't wanna believe in a god that encourages all that ya know? I'd rather not believe in God than believe He's either apathetic o cruel.

everything happens for a reason. although i agree that there is a lot of evil in the world its all a part of something bigger.

^ tbh I don't share that "everything happens for a reason" belief. I wish I could and I respect that people do, but I don't. Like I understand how tu can argue that it's okay that some innocents die o a greater good, but I only see human motive and not supernatural force. I don't see a reason in my friend getting raped at the age of 12 o my two cousins being raped another family member, stuff like that.

everyone has to die, no one get's to live forever. and no life can be perfect. sad things will happen, bad things will happen, good things will happen... but most of the time, atheists just view the bad things o the sad things and say "such a cruel god tu have if he exists." god cannot make a utopia for a world entwined in sin... that's all i have to say on this... cause from prior experience, no one is ever swayed por an theology dispute... in the beginning there is one on each side of the argument, in the end there is still one on each side of the argument...

I practice the Faery Tradition.
I'm technically an Eclectic Pagan, but I call my religion the Faery Tradition, as it has elements of both the Faery Faith and the Feri Tradition.
I believe in Faeries and use the Celtic árbol Calendar. I practice spells and wish to contact the Faeries, but I know they only will if they see fit. I also believe in the Feri Tradition deities, but in a más symbolic way than anything.
A lot of my moral code is based on Wiccan and Feri Tradition beliefs, as well as some of my own beliefs. :)
Would tu mind telling me a bit about your own beliefs? I would amor to help tu figure out what it is, if I could!

....I still haven't finished escritura that....
Basically, every living thing (bacteria, fungi, plants, a snake, everything) has a God. The three highest Gods, o the original, was a Dragon God, a ratón God, and a Bird Goddess. They created the universe and everything else. Everything is dado freedom (unnecessary to believe in their Gods, but they can communicate with the Gods). A dreamer named Balk created our universe through his dreams. When we die in his dream, we become real and pass through something like a Heaven gate into Keo World, o the real world. There's más but I am still too lazy to write más xD
And I guess I'll leave this here too: link

Gaiaism.

I'm agnostic to a certain degree, in that I don't believe anyone has a true answer to the pregunta of a deity... however, I do have some underlying beliefs that the Earth is everything... my god, so to speak. I believe that Earth is Gaia, the Mother Earth and is what causes everything to be as it is today, and how it was before humans existed. Evolution and science, to me, are basically how humans have interpreted what the Earth Mother has created for us. So, it would sound like essentially a belief in science being everything and my belief, however, that is not the case. I will explain in más depth now.

Gaia, the Mother Earth/Earth Mother, became Earth itself and spawned everything that has come into being today. As a result of this, I feel that this is why so many things in nature seem like they have been 'designed' and what Creationists would call 'Intelligent Design'... I don't think my belief stems that far... I think that Gaia simply became Earth and created the basic sopa for life and life stemmed from that, eventually becoming más and más complex. Gaia didn't really cause evolution, just brought into being the necessary prerequisites for it to become possible. I also believe that there is something spiritual about the depths of nature on this planet... nature itself, is beautiful and amazing. When I look at the landscape around me, it honestly wows me - I feel a strong connection with the natural world and maybe even a spiritual sense, like nature holds some kind of link between everything. This is where I break out some theoretical knowledge in the form of the Gaia hypothesis, a scientific view of the natural world and how everything is interconnected. Gaia, which was formed into a hypothesis por James Lovelock, revolves around the idea that all forms of life, on Earth, are interconnected. For example, energy is recycled - when one organism dies, the energy from that organism is released via decomposition and absorbed back into the Earth, which then supplies energy to all living beings. This hypothesis is the reason I began to form my view on religion.

I began to believe that life on Earth is más than just 'interconnected' as Lovelock has put forth, but that life itself is all spiritually connected, hence why religious people all follow and believe in their own view of a deity. That's why I believe there is so much religion in the world, because life is also spiritually based. I think that Buddhism also relates to this, especially with the whole reincarnation belief... I think that energy isn't the only thing recycled and that the idea of a soul and a spiritual form are also recycled when tu die, where tu then are reincarnated as someone else, just without the firm memory of your anterior life... however, I do recall that the idea of past memories has been mentioned before... under what basis, o what form, I cannot remember, but I truly feel that life is spiritually connected. I think that many humans have empathy for animals, because they can feel their despair and pain in a spiritual sense. I also want to mention Avatar, the movie. The way that life on Pandora was mentioned is similar to how I see life on Earth being, maybe not to such an extremity, but in broader sense, where not everyone feels that way, especially in a capitalist world, where money and resources seem to be much más important to many people, governments o corporations/bodies of people united for a similar purpose.
