Im not sure weather Violet will actually sue Pete for custody.. that is so wrong! I mean, he was the one who took care of Lucas when she was crazy..
But I do like Violet, and I do think she should have the chance to be closer to Lucas, though.. dont get me wrong :)

Haven't watched the show in ages, but usually a mother has way better chances than a father in such cases, so I picked her.

I understand Violet wanting to be with Lucas, she needs to recover the lost time but I think she is being a little slefish here. Pete took care of Lucas since day 1, right now he is more of a parent than Violet is.
honestly, I think this custody war is going to be all for nothing because its obvious that at the end Violet and Pete are going to get back together and raise their kid together!

Though as a social work major I can say that usually the mother is awarded custody in cases where the child is less than ten years old.

TearsofPearls32 I have heard that as well and honestly- it annoys me. The better parent should get custody NOT the mother simply because she's the mother. Violet was gone for god knows how long

well, at least I hope so... (even if I understand that Violet wants to get closer to her son, but sueing Pete is wrong.)

I knew Pete was going to win!! but he obviously love Violet not Addie...he is just punishing Violet because she hurt him!!

Pete will win custody of Lucas because he has been there for him since the day he was born. Violet never once wanted to hold Lucas or be his mother. Now that Pete's with Addison, she decides to come back now. That is so wrong.
