I don't think tu can but if tu have a wii and download My Pokemon Ranch and get it too its highest level tu trade an egg for Mew and just connect tu ds too the Wii and withdraw it then tu have a Mew I think that is the only way without cheating But I believe tu can't catch one in the wild o por event
