Please help me settle this argument!

Okay, one of my friends keeps saying that the movie is CLEARLY done and there won't be a continuation.
My other friend keeps arguing that there IS going to be a sequel and that it's even being shot right now and that they wouldn't possibly think of not making another one.
I just dicho that I hoped there would be a sequel and that anything is possible and they BOTH yelled at me!
PLEASE ANYONE just help me settle this!!!
