With back packs in hand Nico jumped onto my back.

"Okay, my beautiful griffin, will tu fly me to...uh where do tu think Jesslyn is?" Nico dicho as I pushed up off the ground with my new muscles and feathered wings.

"Want me to use the necklace?" I squawked out loud. Grover taught me how to speak English through animal language.

Nico nodded his head and I reached in under my feathers for the diamond pendant. I held it tight in my talons and whispered, "Take us to the hiding place of Kronos's ghost...."

Suddenly, the same hug tornado of arco iris colores twisted around us. Nico slipped off my back and spinned through the air around inside.

Finally we landed in a pile on a long grassy field.

"Uh....where are we?" Nico dicho rubbing his head.

I looked up and saw a tall, green lady. A statue.

"Hello statue of Liberty!" I laughed out while realizing who it was. I shifted back into myself and Nico and I ran to the back of the statue.

"So, if this is where Kronos is hiding, were is he?" I wondered

"I think he's inside the statue of Liberty. Be armed, monsters could be anywhere." dicho Nico while pulling out his ice cold diamond sword from his back. I ripped out my small dagger and slipped through the green door.

Inside it was really tall and hollow with spiraling stairs all the way to the top. It was late so no one was around.

"Okay we need to stay together and make sure you-" But Nico was interrupted por the sound of a girl's voice.

"Who's there?" I yelled out.

No answer came but a dark shadow showed por the door. Suddenly, coming from the shadow was....

"SAPPHIRE!" I screamed while dropping my dagger and reaching out to hug her. "I've missed tu so much!!!!!!!!!! Are tu okay? How'd tu get out?"

Still a shadow moved behind her.

"It's too long of a story to tell, but what about you?!"

"Oh we had a....a....a lot of trouble on the way getting here. Sadly Katie died so we had to take Jesslyn but then she got kidnapped!"

Another shadow moved in the corner of the room. this was really freaking me out.

That really caught her eye. "Oh really? Katie died?"

Another shadow moved. Then I saw three more.

"Yea, she died trying to protect me. But now we are trying to find Jesslyn. My collar took us to the hiding place of Kronos which I'm guessing is here. Will tu help us look for her?"

Sapphire stared at me for a long time. She had a cruel look in her eye, one I had never seen her have before.

"I'm sorry Addison, I can't help you. Because, see I've already found her." Sapphire smirked.

"What?" Nico asked. He reached for my hand. He could sense something. I could too, I could sense a lot of different creatures around, and I could almost feel their eyes on me.

Sapphire laughed. "Don't tu see? This is a trap!" She yelled while raising her hands. Immediately, every single one of the shadows changed and became a real form. There were drakons, wolves, birds, snake monsters, gorgons, hell hounds, and so many monsters I had never even seen filled to room. Then, They all stepped aside and bowed. Then, walking through the crowd, was little Jesslyn. But instead of her bright childish eyes, I saw plain black diamond sockets.

"Jesslyn!" I screamed.

She raised her hand in the air to silence me.

"Pain." She whispered in that sweet innocent voice. Immediately I fell to the ground.

"AHHHHH...ahhh...stop it...please..." I screamed as the screeching pain overflowed my body. I ached all around and my blood seemed to gurgle and stop flowing. I felt myself begin to weaken and my mind begin to darken.

"Please....stop.." I screamed again as tears overflowed my aching face. It was to hard and painful, like a hundred knives being jabbed into so many different places of your body at the same moment.

"Stop...." I cried again. I knew this was my end. My final end. I sucked in my lips and moaned in pain. Jesslyn giggled and clenched her fists tighter.

"NO!!" I screamed as I felt my throat close together.

"WHAT ARE tu DOING TO HER!!!!????" Nico yelled as he held me in his arms. My face overflowed with salty water as I squirmed in agony in the arms of him. "Can't tu see she is in pain!"

"That's why we are doing it!" Sapphire laughed.

Jesslyn piped up her tiny little voice. "Shall I kill her daddy?" She dicho looking up at Sapphire.

"Not yet....make her SUFFER!"

"NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Nico yelled letting me go.

"Nico......don't...." I whispered with the last bit of strength I had.

But I was to late. Nico raised his sword and charged at Jesslyn at full speed with so much hatred in his footsteps.

Jesslyn just laughed. Still with hands clenched She pushed nothing in the air, but Nico immediately was jerked back to the ground. He mounded out and I could see his arm had been cut along with his face.

"Kill him." Sapphire laughed.

A drakon smiled and slithered over to him. She raised her spear. "Foolish demigod!"

That was It. I couldn't take this anymore. Deep inside me, I reached for my final strength, a bit of life And jumped out of Jesslyn's power.

"NO! It is tu who should be scared!!!!!!!!!!!!" I screamed.

And the siguiente thing I knew, I was the complete copy of a giant three headed dog called Cerberus.
