I'm a bit confused. In Naruto.....do they ever mention Naruto's mother? Did she die giving birth? o did writer's just make us believe she died giving birth? Does anyone know if Naruto's mother is alive?

Naruto's mother status currently is unknown. It isn't dicho if she is dead o not. Maby she will make an appearance in the future...

They sort of showed Naruto's mother in one of the episodes and she's called Kushina. No one knows how she actually died (I doubt she's alive), but there has been a brief appearance for her.

She is assumed to have died sometime after giving birth to Naruto, as she is referred to in the past tense.

I would say she is dead but knowing Masahi Kishimoto, she might make an appearance later in the show!!!! that is my guess!!!!

They do mention naruto's mother in some episodes but it is not clear if she is dead o alive, there have been many rumors saying she is alive and was told her son died and she is in the whirlpool country right now, o she ran away and left her son, and their are a lot of other theories stating she is still alive but i am not sure but alot also think she is dead. I hope she is still alive =) that would be the most epic twist in the story ever =D aha maybe they will tell later in shippuden if she is alive o not but that probably wont be for awhile considering there is a major war in the manga about to happen lmao. She does not die during childbirth, if tu read the manga o play the naruto game it shows how she dies. Her (naruto’s mom kushina) and minato (Naruto’s father) both die right after naruto is born sealing the 9-tails in naruto before passing.
