Christine parked in the Everfree. Under the branches. In the shadows. She waits. Waits for Lyra. She’ll come. She knows. Christine saw it in her eyes. poni, pony o human, the eyes don’t lie. Lyra wants her. She wants to possess her. From the moment she’s laid eyes upon her. It’s always the same. A certain type of soul falls in amor with Christine immediately. Lyra will come.
“Where are tu going?” Bon-Bon asks, while she’s cleaning the dishes.
“We’re out of heno, hay juice; I’m going to get some.” Lyra replies. She poured out all three bottles they had.
