First of all, I'm so sorry for tu loss. My deepest condolences for tu and your family.

Losing someone tu amor it probable the worst thing that can happen, but the good news is time will heal the pain.

Try to focus on his life, not his death. Remember him for the wonderful person he was. Talk about him with your family and friends, even if it makes tu cry. Crying is a natural way of dealing with your emotions and it's nothing to be ashamed off. Also, don't feel guilty if something funny happens and tu laugh. Talk about nice memories of your uncle when tu want to, but also don't be afraid to talk about something entirely else too. That's the first step to living your life without him. Once the memorial service and funeral stuff are over tu have to get back to your normal life. Talk about him when tu want to, even if his death has been a long time ago, grieving takes time. Deal with this in your way, not the way tu thing tu have to if that doesn't feel right for you.

Remember: focus on his life, not his death. Don't think of all the moment tu miss with him, but of all the moments tu shared with him.

I wish tu and your family all the strength tomorrow and in all the hard days to come.

If tu want to talk more, feel free to send me a message!

Lots of love,

Eline

I agree. I am so sorry about what happened to your uncle. I know how tu feel- half of my entire family is dead. But what I do is not negatively think about his death, but think positive about his life.

I'd suggest to speak on his behalf at the momorial sevice and say why tu loved him so much and how tu still do. I hope the memorial service works out and you'll remember that he is in a better place and he would probably be nothing without tu and your family. Good luck! ^_^

amor as always,

Emma <3

P.S. If tu want to talk to me about it, I would be más than happy!
