The pint-sized singer recently joked about Prince William’s noticeably thinning head of hair to UK’s Rollercoaster magazine, yucking it up about the Duke of Cambridge’s failing follicles.
“I mean, there are things to prevent that nowadays, like Propecia,” the 18-year-old pop estrella told the magazine. “I don’t know why he doesn’t just get those things, those products. tu just take Propecia and your hair grows back. Have tu not got it over here?”
Bieber, known for his own formerly shaggy moptop of hair, didn’t quite cause an uproar from the Brits with his comments, however.Instead, British journalist Jessica Callan tells The Huffington Post, UK citizens “are viewing Justin Bieber’s diss about Prince William’s challenging hair problem in the same way tu view an annoying fly buzzing around you.
“He needs to be swatted away,” she adds. “Wills and Prince Harry may joke about William’s thinning hair, but that doesn’t mean a kid like Justin can come sauntering in and registrarse in the joke.”
With the exception of his latest comments, however, Bieber has largely been making a good impression internationally, tweeting constantly at some of Team USA’s oro medal-winning athletes.
Earlier this week, Bieber recorded a video message for swimmer Missy Franklin, 17, congratulating the high school senior on her four oro medals.
“I was flipping out when I saw it!” Franklin told Us Weekly. “His little brother was in it, too, and he’s the cutest thing ever. It was insane. I was so excited.

The pint-sized pop star, who already has an impressive lista of collaborations under his cinturón, correa including mentor Usher, Sean Kingston and Ludacris told fans on Twitter that he was in the studio with Dre.
Dre, who is currently working on his long-overdue Detox LP hit the recording studio with the Somebody To amor singer on Tuesday to work on new material with Justin.
Bieber couldn't contain his excitement on Twitter, telling his followers: "Got to be in the studio with the legend himself Dr. Dre."
He later added: "Made a couple beats and he gave me some advice...i was hyped. can u blame me?,"

Justin bieber is so amazing!!! I was at a concierto and I was in the front row. When he was canto baby he touched my hand! I totally flipped out! I nearly fainted but my friend told mr to snap out of it. Later on after the concierto we had backstage passes and we got to talk to him in person. Some people think he's all lies and stuff but he's really a nice person. He autographed some posters and cd cases for us. I'll never forget that concierto because it was the best concierto o my life.
Now I have every cd that he has out and every song of his on my iPod.
