House sat at the end of the glass conference mesa, tabla in the diagnostics department at PPTH. He seemed totally focused on trying to get the tenis ball to spin quickly on the mesa, tabla top. Each effort lasted longer than the anterior effort before the ball would start to skid across the smooth surface. ---House sat at his desk. He twirrled his cane, bored. He was so bored he was almost tempted to do his clinic duty. Almost. Instead, he went to Wilson's office. He wanted to talk to someone. Wilson was the only one he could.
---House just entered the office when he realized Wilson was at a meeting in Philadelphia. He punched down on Wilson's escritorio in frustration. He heard something in the escritorio clap open. He opened the bottom escritorio drawer and found a small secret compartment. It was open. House reached in the compartment and pulled out a small box. In the box, a sparkling diamond ring looked up...

A/N:Hey guys...I was thinking about starting up this fic after I read a Cuddy/Thirteen fic and I thought it was really sweet so I decided to do one. It will be really new to me as I am an avid Huddy shipper but I will try and make it as 'realistic' in terms of the relationship. (I am a bi-sexual myself so I can relate).
