What's One Ethnic comida You've Never Had But, Want To Try?

I would really amor to try Filipino food~ <3 Tine-chan has told me a bit about it and it sounds AMAZING! Whenever she mentions a dish she's had o anything else I just start drooling. It sounds so amazing~! I've had a couple Filipino dishes before (my adoptive father is half Filipino) but, I would amor to try some of the foods Tine-chan's told me about~ Izzy-chan has also told me about some Indian foods she's had before which also sound AWESOME. So, I definitely want to try that too~ <3

Well my sister has traveled to so many different countries and each time she does she always brings me back some of their comida to try~ But every time she went to France she always ate my gift before she could give it to me...XD So now I'm really curious to try it because it sounds really interesting and well...she seems to amor it :3 The closest I've ever been to trying it was eating at a Vietnamese restaurant~ (some of their comida is mixed with French comida because Vietnam was once a French colony X3) They have link. I'm very curious to know what escargot is like XD Also Caviar, Eclair, Mille-feuilles, Ratatouille~ It all sounds so fascinating. =)

God! I'm not actually familiar of how tu call the many ethnic dishes from around the globe. All I know is that I want to try anything from other countries I haven't tasted before. Well, I don't see much cake around and tu know how much I amor pastry, so even US' funnel cake, I'd like to have that. I don't know which one to choose >3<... Pastries and confectionery! tu can stuff my mouth with any pastry - Austrian, German, colorful fancy American stuff, anything. I don't think tu can even call that ethnic food. Delectable dishes fit for main course! Anything! French, Italian, British, Chinese, Balkan, etc. etc. I have no power to answer the question. XD
