The answer to that is: he did not use a Horcrux.
Voldemort created 7 Horcruxes and in doing so división, split his soul in 8 parts (the cup, the diadam, the ring, the locket, the diary, Nagini, Harry and the part in his body).

When he was hit por the Avada Kedavra he aimed at Harry his body was destroyed, but the part soul in his body survived because of his Horcruxes.

This is the part that fled to Albania, that possesed Quirrell and that returned in Voldemorts body in The Goblet of Fire.

Well Peter Pettigrew found the part of the soul he was using and helped him make a body for him. before he was possessing different people and snakes. Quirrel was one of them.So he didn't really use another horcrux.

In the graveyard sceen Riddle was dado his body back so there was no reason to use a horcruxe to bring him back his soul was there. Remember the little baby that wasn't a baby it was something that I'm not even going to try and imagain. All Wormtail was doing was giving Riddle his body back and Riddle wanted to use Harry's blood so that he could touch Harry because Harry has the protection from his mother Riddle wanted this as well.

Harry's blood in the goblet of fuego as they had sometype of connection between them because of that scar on harry's head.he lived after the death of voldemort because when he was killed por voldemort the connection between them was broken.

None of the horcruxes are used in the graveyard it's the bone of the father unwillingly given. The flesh of a servant willingly sacrificed and the blood of the enemy forcibly taken
