well he needed the blood of harry potter n he was a horcrux but voldermort didnt know it at the time so maybe harrys blood was the only reason that voldermort had come back to life without his blood the spell wouldnt have worked. part of his blood contained voldermorts blood

I'm guessing that you're asking which Horcrux (and thus which part of his soul) Voldemort used in the graveyard? Correct me if I'm wrong.

The answer to that is: he did not use a Horcrux.
Voldemort created 7 Horcruxes and in doing so división, split his soul in 8 parts (the cup, the diadam, the ring, the locket, the diary, Nagini, Harry and the part in his body).

When he was hit por the Avada Kedavra he aimed at Harry his body was destroyed, but the part soul in his body survived because of his Horcruxes.

This is the part that fled to Albania, that possesed Quirrell and that returned in Voldemorts body in The Goblet of Fire.

I hope I helped tu :)

no, he dicho he división, split it seven times. if tu think about it, there's a difference.

Best explanation to an interesting question. I agree with tu 100%. Splitting something 7 times gives tu 8 pieces. Logical. Besides, let's note that Voldemort had not intended on creating a 7th Horcrux (Harry) when he tried to kill an innocent child (that same Harry).

I realized that I agree with Sappp 100% and also with PMT 100% about the splitting. "Give back to Caesar..." as they say.

Well Peter Pettigrew found the part of the soul he was using and helped him make a body for him. before he was possessing different people and snakes. Quirrel was one of them.So he didn't really use another horcrux.

In the graveyard sceen Riddle was dado his body back so there was no reason to use a horcruxe to bring him back his soul was there. Remember the little baby that wasn't a baby it was something that I'm not even going to try and imagain. All Wormtail was doing was giving Riddle his body back and Riddle wanted to use Harry's blood so that he could touch Harry because Harry has the protection from his mother Riddle wanted this as well.

None of the horcruxes are used in the graveyard it's the bone of the father unwillingly given. The flesh of a servant willingly sacrificed and the blood of the enemy forcibly taken
