Well there's nothing in canon that says she can't...I don't see why she wouldn't be able to change, tu know, there, lol. But I don't think she'll be able to change what's actually INSIDE her, her internal organs etc, which is what counts really. I suspect she'll only be able to change her outward appearance, not bodily functions.

I don't think so. I suppose she can only change her physical appearance. So, maybe she could look like a man, but not change her sex.
