If it's tu controlling the person and tu genuinely want them to kill tu then yes it is suicide.

tu could also be framing that person for your murder!

Uhm... Isn't it kinda hard to prove that someones been put under the imperious curse?
I think there's a high chance of it going down as murder, to be honest... o manslaughter at best.
However, if there was proof that dicho person HAD been... Imperioused (?)... Then yes, I would say definite suicide.

Yes, that would count as suicide. tu would be controlling their mind. Thus, they would do whatever tu ask. So that would basically be killing yourself if it was controlled por yourself.
