All Is Fair In amor and War – Chapter One – The Shake Up
The deal was easy. He finds her the perfect date, and she finds him one. How hard could it be?

“Blair,” Chuck began. “You look…amazing.” He smirked.
“You don’t look so bad yourself, Bass.”
“So…where’s this ‘date’ of mine?”
“Aw, tired of me already, Chuck?”
He chuckled. “Never; we’re inevitable, Waldorf. Remember?”
All Blair could do was nod and smile. “I’ll always remember.”
--Flashback--
“My father is someone who goes after what he wants and Lily camioneta, van der Wooden was no exception. A typical bajo man fashion, his pursuit was direct and at times, not exactly subtle. One thing I've learned through my father's courtship of Lily is the importance of perseverance, that in the face of true amor tu don't just give up - even if the object of your affection is begging tu to. And one thing I've learned from Lily, is the importance of forgiveness. She gave my father the gift of a segundo chance and in kind I've watched them become someone actually worthy of that gift. And one día I hope I'll be lucky enough to find someone who'll do the same for me. To the happy couple!”
Blair raised her glass of champagne, her eyes still locked with Chuck’s. She took a sip of it, and hesitantly got up from her seat. She didn’t exactly know what she was doing; she had no control over her legs. But all she knew was that she was heading straight for…

“Blair?” Chuck asked concerned, interrupting Blair’s thoughts, “Are tu okay?”
“Yeah,” she nodded, “I’m fine; just…thinking.”
“You sure?”
Those words; the words he had asked her that fateful night last year. “Yeah,” Blair said, “I’m sure.”
That’s when they felt a shake under their feet. Blair lost her balance and hit her head on one of the tables near by. “Blair?!” She could hear Chuck calling her name. “Blair?!” She felt a pair of arms envolver, abrigo around her waist. “Can tu hear me?”
“Chuck?” Blair tried to ask, but her words came out as a whisper.
“Hey,” he cooed, stroking her chin. “Everything’s gonna be okay, everything’s gonna be okay…” Chuck just held her in his arms as the room shook and only screams and cries could be heard.
Her head hurt like hell. But she was safe; she was in his arms; he was comforting her, telling her that everything would be okay.
Blair mumbled something softly, but Chuck heard it, and just smiled a genuine smile. “I amor tu too.”
A/N: Tada! What do ya think? I just kinda came up with this in my mind, so I thought I’d type it up. Anyways, this story is AU and takes place during 2x12.
If tu want some spoilers for this story, here they are (if tu don’t, then skip this paragraph)…Bart never dies, Bart and Lily stay together, Blair and Chuck start a relationship, Aaron and Serena stay together, Lexi…ummm, tu can just forget about her, Dan…well, I don’t know what I’m going to do with him, and that Nate/Vanessa/Jenny amor triangle…I’m not a huge fan of Vanessa, and I like Nate and Jenny, but I promise I won’t kill her (V) in this earthquake. As for the others, you’ll just have to find out later. Also, be expecting a death later on.
Besides that, reviews are loved! I wanna know what tu guys think so far.
