is blaine (darren criss) coming to mckinley in season three o is that just a roumor?

In Season 3, Darren Criss, who plays Blaine Anderson, was upgraded to a series regular. Many hints have been made por RIB and at glee Live that Blaine will be transferring to McKinley however this has yet to be confirmed.
