Chapter 3:
Jessica(narrating): After we were announced as the District 12 tributes, we were taken to the Capitol where we met our mentor, Heechul. I could tell he was drinking; he always liked to. I was surprised to find out that Tiffany was our chaperone, since back in SNSD, she wasn't the most caring person.
Jessica: Well, it's nice to talk to tu again, Tiffany.
Tiffany: Oh please. No one calls me Tiffany anymore. Not since SNSD disbanded. From now on, just call me Effie. It's nice to talk to tu again, too.
Jessica(narrating): I wasn't sure if she was serious about talking to me again, but I decided to just follow what she said, since she is our chaperone.
Jessica: So, how have tu been Heechul? Haven't heard from tu since tu enlisted.
Heechul: I've been okay, más o less. Super Junior is still on hiatus, and I haven't been very successful since. But, as tu can see, I'm doing well.
Jessica(narrating): I never knew that a lot of kpop groups were on hiatus. I really have to catch up on current events.
Jessica: Do tu have any consejos for us? I heard that tu had experience.
Heechul: Had experience? I won the Games.
Jessica(narrating): How did I not know about that?
Heechul: Anyway, the most important consejos I can give tu is to watch and figure out the other tributes' strengths and weaknesses. And to always watch your back since tu might get killed, but I think that was implied.
Jessica(narrating): So much for advice. I knew Heechul was blunt, but he's not giving me that much information.
Heechul: Oh! I almost forgot! Be careful not to eat the "Nightlock."
Kris: What's that?
Heechul: It's a very deadly berry, like poison ivy. Just 10 times worse. Be careful not to get tempted to eat one, no matter how starving tu might be. In fact, resist and avoid any temptations tu may have.
Jessica(narrating): Oh yeah, that's real comforting. Kris: Thanks for the advice.
Heechul: No problem.

Chapter 4:
Jessica(narrating): After talking with Heechul and Tiff- I mean, Effie, we met the Stylists, which is pretty self-explanatory. Surprisingly, my stylist was CL, o Cinna, as she wants to be called now. I wonder why people are changing their names now. Anyway, she's basically the only one that I can understand in the Capitol, so I'm grateful that she's here.
Jessica: What are we getting ready for?
Cinna(CL): The interviews. It's the time when they publicly display the tributes, then Flickerman interviews them.
Jessica: Flickerman?
Cinna(CL): tu probably know him as Caesar.
Jessica: Oh. Why do we have to do this? If people are going to watch the Games on TV, then they can introduce us then.
Cinna(CL): Well, this is the only time tu can gain patrocinadores to help tu in the Games. If only it was like that, but people can't seem to wait. Speaking of which, tu have to go out now o else I'll probably get scolded.
Jessica: Okay then. See tu later. (narrating) I wish I could tell tu the full interview, but it all seemed like a blur. Especially when this happened...
Flickerman: tu know what? tu two seem very determined to win the Games. Where is this inspiration coming from?
Jessica(narrating): Right when I was about to answer, Kris started to talk.
Kris: Well... Can I say this out loud?
Flickerman: Of course tu can. No one's stopping you!
Kris: Okay well... my inspiration is... *sighs*
Flickerman: Come on, Kris. tu can tell us!
Kris: *breathes deeply* My inspiration for winning the Games... is Jessica.
Jessica(narrating): And that's when it became just a blur. If only I knew that he was being sincere...
