The problem with Creating a new club and finding the button for it

I'm guessing a lot of people have all ready have found this problem but if tu don't understand then it's like this:
One día I decided to create a new club of something that didn't exist as a club yet but I couldn't find the 'Create a club' button. Trust me I looked high and low for the thing but couldn't find it. When I logged out of my account at last there I saw it, the 'Create a club button' so when I clicked on it they of course asked me to sign back in but when I did I was the same position I was in before clicking.
For some people this problem don't seem to happen but for people like me who want to create clubes but can't because the button is unavailable well it's frustrating. I've been looking abound for some kind of answer but the only thing that came up was a link link
this only leads to tu having to sign in again. I don't know if it's the signing in thing that's the problem but it really shouldn't be.
Please fix this problem Fanpop!

luckyPink I know how u can create a club! Whenever u log in come straight down. 2 the very bottom, there will b written ''fanpop home'' click it then u will c a button saying ''create a club''. Click it and do what u want 2! :D

zanhar1 If I remember right, new users can't make clubs right away. You have to have been a member for a few months?

geocen you can't do a club right now, you need to be here for at least 1 more month.

Flickerflame The problem you're finding is that you haven't been a Fanpop member for long enough. You just have to be patient and wait. I think it's meant to prevent new members from creating spam/duplicate clubs, though it doesn't really work if that is the case.

O how much joy do we all get when we find out we have a apoyo o are a dedicated fan. It shows how are hard work of adding and loving our time on the site is paying off.

I woke this morn and loged on like every morning just to find out i am now a die-hard fan of heroes YAY was the first thing to go through my head the joy O the joy.
