I think he loves Rosalie because he can see the true person inside her. He sees past her amazing beauty and looks at the equally beautiful woman in her heart.
Even though it seems like Rosalie is mean she is just trying to help...like Bella, she didn't want her to regret her desion when she has the ideal life...the one that Rose wanted and was tooken from her. Emmett knows she is still scard but still trys to do the right things.

Yes, she might think that she would be able to give up Emmett but I believe that it's just because her want for children is so great. I think even Emmett would want her to choose a baby over him 'cause he knows how much she wants one. But once Rosalie chooses her new life I think she will strongly regret it. What is she goin to do? Find some misceláneo guy on the calle and ask him to be her baby's father? I believe her guilt would be too great and beg to have him back...like I dicho they are each others half and it's not easy to live without your other half...but that is my opinion...
I think he loves her because he knows she really can be very kind when she wants to be and that she has a reason for being the way she is. I also believe its because she saved him when she took him to carlisle to be changed instead of leaving him there to die in the woods por himself. Even if it was for her own selfish reasons, she ended up loving him and he her. These are only my thoughts on why he loves her but its what i believe to be true in my version of their story and i think it actually sounds very sweet and romantic
Like Rosalie explained to bella in the book Rosalie loves Emmet because he looked like her little friends baby and i think Emmet loves Rosalie because he sees through her beauty and he knows that Rosalie has a good heart
She was his first? I don't know why he loves her, frankly. I mean, I think she's really mean to him, being that she would trade him for her human life. When tu have your soulmate, tu shouldn't segundo guess him, tu should amor him & not want anything else than him. To me, it is unclear why he loves her & keeps up with her crap, but I guess he sees something in her. *Cough-Cough; Sex!*
