If I was Damon I wouldn't know who to choose. I mean Daon loves Elena, and you should be with the person you love, so I would choose her (still I'm a Stelena shipper so Elena should choose Stefan, sorry Damon!). But with Katherine.. He can be himself, he doesn't have to bother about him being a bad-ass, or him wanting all the things he wants etc. when he's around Katherine.
