Pocahontas' personality really does show through her eyes.

Ariel doesn't have the most beautiful eyes (they range somewhere in the middle for me), but the most expressive ones - it's in fact my fav feature of her. Rapunzel comes in second, but she has the advantage of CGI to make her eyes more expressive. Well, and then there is Mulan, but with her it's more the whole face and less the eyes. (Pocahontas eyes Imho are too small to show any kind of personality, for her it works mostly over the stance - and for snow white and Aurora over gestures)

Belle's eyes.. I don't know how to describe it exactly. It shows her as curious, looking for details.

They're violet foreshadowing her royalty (purple symbolizes royalty). And the next time we see her open them she's found true love
