The most touching, and then probably Rapunzel's reunion.

I felt sorry for King Stefan after he and King Hubert are drinking and he says " Im sorry Hubert, but after 16 yrs. of worrying, Never knowing"... the same can be said of Rapunzel. I wished her mom and dad talked.

^^It's amazing though- they really don't need to. Just their facial expressions and gestures showed how much they missed Rapunzel. Not that I don't wish they spoke, just pointing out something interesting I noticed *shrugs*

SO FREAKING TOUCHING. I TEARED UP. Granted, I was tearing up a lot shortly before that part of the movie xP

Rapunzel's reunion with her parents was also very sweet and toucing, but it still can't beat Mulan's reunion with her father. Apart from that my favourite animated reunion is Anastasia's reunion with her grandmother, but obviously it does not belong to this pick :)

Yes, actions do speak louder than words. And you could just see it on their faces. Just like you could see it when Rapunzel looked at the baby girl in the mural and realized it was her.
