Royalty, fairy tales, mythology, loads of history and yet Disney haven't made a DISNEY PRINCESS who is quintessentially British.

Us Hispanics are still whisling and twidddlng our thumbs over here. At least there are some Disney movies set in England. All we have is Audry from Atlantis: The Lost Empire, and no one even remembers that movie.

Yesssss. And the British Disney characters are always the best. We've got Jane who's beyond epic... Clayton's British too. So's Jane's father. Everyone in The Great Mouse Detective is British and they're AWESOME. Ermmm. Who else?


And hah, disney_prince, you say quintessentially British too.

101 Dalmations is set in London, I love the characters from that.

That would be cool! For the longest time I thought Aurora was British because of her voice XD But now I know she is German.

^^I'm actually confused about Aurora's nationality now. I went to Epcot yesturday, and they put her in the France pavillion instead of the Germany one, even though I thought she was German =/

^ I thought she was French, but I read that her coat of arms, which depicts an eagle, is very German.

^^I read that too, so I've thought that she's German this whole time. But her meet-and-greet is in the France pavillion, and that's where they sell all of her merchandise, so now I'm confused @_@

So am I. ...And that's weird. I would imagine Belle or Cinderella being in the France pavilion.

^ The whole feel of the film is rather French. I don't know about you, but the atmosphere just seems to be rather... French to me. If you get what I mean.

^^That's what I thought originally. I used to think she was French or British. Then I found that proof of her being German in th coat of arms, so I was like "alright, she's German, that's the end of it". But I guess it's not the end of it and now I'm really confused and my head hurts @_@ o_O @_@

Yeah I think that would be good. I hope they dont make her a clone of Jane because theyll never make her as amazing as Jane.

@TigerRanma: No offence, but outside of the US it doesn't really make much sense. When I was younger and there was the hype with Dora the Explorer, we all thought she was Spanish so we didn't get it.
