Oh, so you're counting the Part of Your World Reprise scene as Ariel and Eric's first interaction? I always considered the scene where Eric and Max find her on the beach the first interaction, but eh, that's just me.

Anyways, I'm just not a big fan of this one.

It's a very... weird meeting. And not in a good way. He's being hit on by the ugly step-sisters, sees Cinders and let's his trousers do the talking. ie, there is no talking and he flips straight into the action. As if that wasn't enough, I don't really like the song that's playing whilst they dance anyway. Then he basically tries to get off with her when they've been dancing for the best part of 2 hours and haven't even spoken. This is 19th century France, not a nightclub on Friday night.

Not as dramatic as those of Pocahontas,Belle and Mulan or as cute/romantic as the others.

Kind of boring... Prince Charming just walks up to Cinderella, and that's pretty much it before they dance. The others are a bit surprising and have more flavor to them.

As much as I love these two, nothing happens. Naveen looks at Tiana and smiles, she rolls her eyes and walks away, then he shrugs it off and leaves. All the others have at least something else going on.

I like all of them but this one is my least favourite because of the song, the dress Cinderella is wearing, the prince.
There are just things that are wrong about it.

It's just them meeting and her exchanging her freedom. Not anything too exciting or memorable.

Not a good way to meet.
