Actually, both are... ugly. But I like Disney's doll more because of that DAMN REALISTIC DRESS!

It's pretty sad that the Hasbro one looks better than Disney's own (in my opinion at least).

Neither actually, both are ugly. The Disney one looks like a female version of Justin Bieber, really horrible and far from Emma's face. But the dress looks beautiful.
