Definitely. She got the best gift that she wants for years, finally she can see the lanterns. Aurora didn't really glad for her birthday because she was telled she was engagged.

This is a pretty interesting question considering both are very happy at the beginning of the day and then at the end have their dreams crushed. But I'm gonna say Rapunzel accomplishing her dream of seeing the lanterns overcomes the harsh reality of Eugene "leaving". Dancing in the forest while fun, doesn't really come close to that.
