Her beauty is definitely greater than Snow or Cindy's. Plus her body is more curvy than theirs and her hair is more luxurious. I'd say she'd be the obvious choice. Snow White is definitely the last one of the Disney Princesses he'd lust over with a body like that.

It seems I'm the only one who believes Frollo would lust after Snow White. Perhaps because book Esmeralda reminds me of Snow White a bit.
