Well... I'm really mixed with why I dislike her. On one hand she's not very flawed, but on the other hand, I find her very selfish.

I find her less appealing each day. Anyway, I dislike her because well, she's uninteresting, boring, and a complete Mary-Sue. (Aside from her major flaw - selfishness.) She's so overdone. Disney tried to hard to make her relatable, funny, interesting, and all that for everyone. Well, that didn't really work for me. She's so overdone I almost feel like I'm being forced to like her as a character. She's pretty much a marketing device for everyone around her outside of the movie too. She doesn't have anything special to her. I also dislike how selfish she is, she ONLY wants to please herself, only wants to follow her dream, and FORCES OTHERS to help her with it. She found her life boring (NOT abusive, she didn't know what was happening), and forced others to get her out of it. All she wanted to do was leave for her own needs.

I get what you mean. I agree she can be pretty selfish but the problem is the movie never portrays it as selfishness, rather a good, self-empowering thing. This is very common with Mary Sue characters. It all depends on how the author WANTS it to come off as. There's a difference between being idealized (which all of them are to various degrees) and being overidealized to the point that the author doesn't think the character can do any wrong and you're supposed to see them as totally right and cool.
