Not even close. And definitely not dumber than Ariel.

They are both pretty bad role models...but at least Ariel works in the context of her movie and it is shown that selling her voice nearly leads to a catastrophe, while Anna's missteps are constantly excused by the narrative.

Far and away, the better role model. At least Anna is shown actually caring for people. After all this time, I still think Ariel is an atrocious role model.

Anna can be Impulsive, but Family is very important to her.

Ariel is selfish and whines, but Curiosity to know learn and understand more about a culture she knows nothing about is role model material too.
