At least Mirage has a personality. Elsa is just a blank slate that people love because she's just a skin for them to put on and enter into a world of fantasy and excitement, while also dealing with their anxiety.

Yeah, same with KL. (i'll even say her anxiety is the reason people like her so much, because they can project their own problems into her and adapt her ice powers into anything that brings them problems- So yeah, she's basically a self-insert.

But the other women of the Incredibles are so much better than Mirage...

Well, Mirage has slightly more personality (which is a sad testament to the Frozen writers considering the minimal screentime she has), but I've never liked her that much. While Elsa could have had so much more depth, I still like her more out of the two.

I agree Elsa's kind of a self-insert and Mirage has more personality, but she doesn't interest me as much. I hope if she's in the sequel we can finally find out more about her, like if she's even a Super to begin with.

I don't remember Mirage much at all.
