I really don't like capes attached to dresses. This explains why I love all of Ariel's outfits ( which feature no capes). This explains why I don't like Elsa's ice outfit ( there's the cape and the slit in the dress, which are both attached). Capes make the princess look like she will trip and fall over soon. So blech.

At least, Merida's cape, Belle's cape, Jasmine's cape, Aurora's cape, and so forth are not directly attached to their dresses/clothes. I have peculiar tastes, lol.
