Based off what he little he sung in the sequel, he has a nice voice but nothing special. I do wish the song One Step Closer from the Broardway version of The Little Mermaid was in the film. That way Eric would've sung and we'd have another Disney dance scene that's romantic and develops the relationship between the couple.
