Well, both of them made great sacrifices, but I'm gonna go with Belle. Mulan later said that one of the reasons she went to war was to prove herself, nothing wrong with that, but Belle didn't have any reasons other than saving her father. Which I guess doesn't make her sacrifice greater per say, but Mulan might've run off to war even if her father was strong enough to fight.

Also, if by some miracle Mulan wasn't discovered and wasn't killed in battle, she could've just gone home and had a normal life. In fact, that's exactly what she did. But when Belle made her deal, she was giving herself to the Beast for life.

However, both made really great sacrifices. But I think I'll choose Belle.

Mulan knew if she would be killed if caught, she was dishonoring her father by having a girl fight for him, but she did it to protect him. She had to train and fight all while keeping up her disguise.
Belle traded her life for her fathers and have herself up to a beast. But she became friends with the beast.

BKG201: But the thing is, for all Belle knew when she sacrificed herself, the Beast was going to kill her. He never said he wouldn't. Mulan could have been killed if she was discovered, but Belle could have been killed at any moment, for all she knew. If the Beast had explained that he wasn't going to hurt her, I might've picked Mulan.

Hmm.. I think for now I will stick with Mulan. I guess she risked her life not only because of war but because she could have been revealed a girl. Also, her family would prolly be dishonored throughout their village for this. Both sacrifices made were tremendous.

Both put so much at stake! But Belle gave her freedom forever for her father, and she could have been killed, or beaten or raped by the Beast, or die by starvation! The mere thought gives me shivers. I admit it was a pretty careless move of f her to go to the West Wing, since that could have endangered her father's life, but her sacrifice still was selfless and brave. Mulan's as well.

^ How did it endanger her father's life? Her father was safe in the village for all she knew. Although her going to the WW did endanger her life, but it was a mistake, like Snow taking the apple. Snow was too trusting and Belle was too curious.

^But the Beast could take revenge by going after her father. He warned her to not go to the West Wing and she did. She should be more careful with who she was dealing with: he wasn't above locking a lost old man in a dungeon. But yeah, Snow also made a pretty foolish move.

^ Well, tbh I always assumed that he wasn't allowed to go after her father since Belle took his place, but that's just me.

^That was the deal, but the Beast doesn't sem like someone above breaking it.

I can't decide.... Mulan was risking her life, but at least she could run away from the army if she wanted. The beast could easily have killed Belle but she was locked in a cell so she couldn't run away.....

Living a horrible Beast all her life. But Mulan's sacrifice was great too.

let's see Mulan was risking her life every single day she could be killed in battle of if she survives battle she still has the fact that she is a girl hanging over her head and if she was found out she would have been killed and besides her sitution was more dire since seeing how her father was crippled he would never survived the war plus his reaction to her sacrife was a lot sadder since for Fa Zhou there was nothing he could do to save his daughter with Maurice atleast he was able to try to save Belle and besides the Beast let Belle go home to take care of her Father in Mulan's case she was not able to see her father till the end of the war and her dad knew that the chance Mulan had survived was very slim plus his reaction to seeing her again gets me more than Maurice he just looked so shocked to see his daughter again PLUS Fa Zhou was the one who pulled his daughter into a fierce embrace while both Belle and Maurice hugged each other at the same time Fa Zhou said to Mulan "I've missed you so" he thought he would never see his daughter again
