It's hard to really judge him on this because we never really saw him in a situation where he had to be heroic.

The prince was searching for Snow White for months and months, I wouldn't say that's a damsel.
Aladdin was far more dependent on others.

Well he's not much hero either. I agree with SarahCorine.

Again, I sense a double standard - Flynn has been long gone and he doesn't get rescued half as often as Aladdin and does much more on his own.
And the Prince didn't need rescue once AND was proactive enough to find Snow White on his own.

^Agreed with Swanpride, Aladdin should have left before Flynn did or right after and the prince should stay he was searching all over for Snow, who knows what he could have been doing.

I agree with what's been said about the Prince. As for Shang, despite that he's a soldier and he's been trained to be a fighter for a long time, he had to be rescued a few times by a girl, who's been trained to be a warrior only for a few months?

His one heroic deed is that he kissed Snow White
