Why I Think An Original Princess Should Be the First Gay DP

So, with this topic on whether o not Elsa should be gay has been very popular over the internet, I felt it was time to tell tu my opinion on this topic.

Before tu get disgusted with me o anything, I have no problem with the lgbt community. In fact, my best friend is gay, and we often talk about boys and "ship" each other.

Now, there are a lot of reasons I think disney should wait and make an original gay princess instead of making Elsa gay, I mean the main reason is I see Elsa as having no interest in romance- whether it's a male o female. I would much rather have a sequel centering around...

So, I have been hearing from many people over their disagreements about Emma Watson's casting as Belle. So, I thought that I would write this articulo about it if she wasn't cast at all, first no hard feelings to any Emma Watson fans out there (including myself) o to the actress herself. So here are my lista of actresses.

1. Anne Hathaway

I first heard her sing in Les Miserables, she blew everybody away with her rendition of 'I Dreamed a Dream', she's a marvelous singer in her own rights and I'm glad she's a talented actress!

Who's canto voice do tu choose? Jasmine?

Who's singing voice do you choose? Jasmine?

So, this song has been covered por a few artists, like Lucy Hale por turning it into a country version. Then, another disney estrella sang it, it is none other than Lea Salonga herself! Are tu ready for a battle between Team Salonga and Team Menzel? Here we go!

Idina Menzel

While I enjoy her version, she's a bit pitchy in certain parts. Although at some parts she's very emotional and I like that, because she's very ominous like Elsa and I'm glad that I like her version.

Lea Salonga

Many of tu know that she was the canto voice of mulan and Jasmine, when I heard her version. I thought that she sounds even better than Idina! I would not actually mind her voicing Elsa anyway.
But I guess that they don't want Elsa to sound like jazmín and Mulan!

Conclusion

While both of them are good singers, I would say that Lea is the best singer out of these two!

My Version Of disney Princess 12 Days of navidad

Since it isn't so much left until navidad I decided to write a few artículos here on that theme, not sure how many I'll do, but here's the first one. tu may not remember this song, but link in case tu haven't heard the song. Anyway originally the song had the 6 first disney Princesses canto the song, but I decided to redo the song a bit por adding 6 new princesses and their parts has new lyrics. Updated ranking of the DP cine

What I will write will be similar to what I wrote on the last article. Most of my opinions are the same except for Aladdin. I wanted to write an updated articulo because I finally rewatched Aladdin. Please no rude comments. Enjoy!

12. Brave- I despise this movie I really don't like Merida. While she may be a strong I think she is just rude and annoying. The film is so forgettable. I haven't seen the film in about 4 years and I don't plan on seeing it again.

Inspired por link, who did an amazing job(! <3), I really wanted to do my own version with favorito! Openings. I actually really amor the original fairy tale concept of the disney Princesses and I amor the openings that give a más magical and fairy tale kind of feel. (By the way, I am primarily trying to stick to the first 2-4 minutes.) So here is my ranking of the DP film openings, I hope tu guys enjoy this light read! :D

12. Frozen: frozen Heart/Ice Opening
I personally found this to be uninteresting and irrelevant to the film's magic, fairy tale and princesses (mostly) in the film. No explanation...

Here's my quick top10 favoritos of disney Princess movie songs. I get stuck to a new tune o lyrics far easily, if its hummable and peppy especially. I like listening to songs and don't have particular fixed tastes in genres. Though i find, i tend to gravitate towards pop, rock and Indian music. Very rarely I enjoy classical music, although some that I amor become my all time favoritos and they don't die-out. I guess that's how classic música is. Anyways, this is my current lista of parte superior, arriba 10 favrorites songs from DP movies, it keeps changing for sure as I mover onto newer songs.

The Classics (& Such DPs) Are Unrealistic....

.... o Are They? I keep hearing this massive distortion that Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora and sometimes others are "unrealistically perfect". Well first of all, they're not actually "perfect" but yes they strive for it and come pretty close. The number one reason? The earlier DPs were made in a time where families were still valued as well as good morals and they were on their best behavior in front of children, hoping that the kids would learn to embrace positive traits and reject negative traits so they would be más positive people. They cared más about well-roundedness, being modest...

Merida: A character review in her defense

Okay, so I have come across a lot of criticism against Merida that she is childish, rude, reckless, selfish and what not. But since she's my 2nd favorito! princess, i'd like to put up a case in her favor for people to consider and see her in better light. I have tried to dissect the movie scenes, probed into possible perspective on various minor details that may have been overlooked.

Why she isn't sophisticated as others:
She no doubt loves both her mother and father, but Merida takes off a part of feisty, loud and unapologetically honest side from her father. She loves to fight with him, laughing...

The saddest moments from DP cine that made me cry and most often they still do. Some are close to corazón while some are so well enacted and animated that i'm moved por the simplicity of emotions.

13. 3 good hadas put the entire kingdom to sleep:
Despite their best of efforts, they lose Aurora to the spell and the only way to make things work is to put the entire kingdom to sleep, waking only when she awakens. It makes me sad to see them blame themselves for this loss. It doesn't make me cry though, but yes, it puts me in a sad mood.

My Version of "Prettiest Princess" Ranking

So I've been lectura that the "Prettiest Princess" ranking is sort of like a right of passage articulo that all of the fans here on fanpop do so I figured it was time for my own. Instead of just doing a physical beauty ranking, I wanted to do an en general, general beauty ranking instead. I personally see ranking women based only on their physical beauty as objectifying them so I am kind of confused that it's not looked at that way here on fanpop? (Not saying this to judge o condone others but just out of genuine curiosity and confusion considering the way some fans have reacted to perceived objectification...

I'm talking about character stylization in the sense that when the artist is also the autor of the character's personality and has written out their every thought in simply the way they are designed. This can also be called "interpreted art" as anyone can perceive it differently, but a common factor still remains that everyone agrees on.
