Ever since Merida forgave Elsa, she couldn't help but feel a small sense of closure to her past rage. Deep down, she knew she also had to forgive Rapunzel. Though, she didn't want to. *It won't be easy, but I feel it'll give más closure.* she thought. mulan suddenly entered the room. Merida couldn't help but stare at her hair.

"Your hair! I amor it!" she exclaimed. "I thought I'd braid it. It wouldn't have turned out this good if it weren't for Pocahontas' raccoon friend Meeko." mulan replied stroking her braid. Merida leaned back in her bed. "The 1st time we came here, I learned some things I never even knew." she admitted. "We did learn ALOT." mulan replied. "It's a good thing Smith isn't here. I can't help but think that Rolfe hated us as much as we hated him." Merida confessed. "Merida, thanks for the pointer, but please don't stress me out." mulan advised. "Sorry." Merida apologized remembering Mulan's pregnancy.

"It's wonderful down here." mulan confessed. "I've talked my parents into having my kingdom being trading partners with the Powhatan tribe." Merida replied. "What did they say?" mulan asked. "They dicho they wouldn't want to interfere." Merida answered. "They were probably afraid they'd take over the land o something." mulan replied. "I agree." Merida said. "Why haven't tu told them about your health scare?" mulan asked. "I don't want them to worry about me. I mean, I'm 18 now! I can take care of myself!" Merida answered.

"Your parents are always going to worry about you." mulan stated. "I know, but they shouldn't." Merida replied sadly. "But they will." mulan tried to comprehend. "I'm a grown lass!" Merida vented. "Maybe I should leave." mulan suggested. "No, lass. tu deserve to stay. Right now, I'm just being selfish." Merida stated coming clean. mulan turned away from the door.

"You're NOT selfish. Merida, you're one of the sweetest, kindest, most loyal people I've ever known." mulan comforted. Merida beamed. Pocahontas came in. "What a surprise!" mulan exclaimed. "John and Shang are spending some father/son time with the babies. I didn't want to disrupt their bonding time, so I thought I'd come here." Pocahontas stated. *Two of my best friends here beats anything!* Merida thought happily. Suddenly, she got sad. "What is it, Merida?" mulan asked. "Elsa forgave me, but I'm wondering if I should forgive Rapunzel too." Merida answered.

"Sometimes, we have to talk ourselves into forgiving others." Pocahontas answered. "That's it! It might take me some time, though." Merida replied. "If tu want to go back to being friends with them, I'll hold no grudges." Pocahontas stated. "Neither will I." mulan replied. "I forgive Elsa, and I may forgive Rapunzel in the future, but tu two are my best friends. I wouldn't give up my friendship with tu for anything else!" Merida said. Meeko suddenly came in through the window and hugged Merida. Merida petted his cheek.

Call me Anne. I wouldn't say my age because tu would be embarrassed but think older then Elsa. I loved the 90s princess (Ariel, Belle, Jasmine, and Mulan) since I identify with them a lot. When I was in elementary&High school I did get bullied but that's a long time hace now. I amor some of the artículos I have read here on this site specifically the ones arguing about cenicienta not waiting around for a Prince to save her. Did tu know that it took from the 1800s to the 1912 before Snow White's and Cinderella's respective stories overlapped? And in the 1913 some guy who had the last name Powers who would later help disney with Steamboat Willie made his own film version of Snow White and borrowed the True amor kiss from either Grimms' Briar Rose o Perrault's Beauty in the Woods.

Hello everyone! I'm Veronica (a.k.a. ApplesauceDoctr :D), and hey, it's been a little while since I've written an article. It feels good to get back into the spirit of writing. :D
So, what have I today? As tu can see, I'll be analyzing the song "Reflection" from Disney's Mulan. I made a lyric video for it about a week hace and realized just how deep the song is! However, in this analysis, I'll also be taking a look at the extended version of the song. It shows a different side of mulan that...well, you'll see soon enough.

Alright then! Let's take a listen to Reflection!
