For the record, I'm not offended. I agree with some of the people interviewed who said that they don't agree with the sign, but they don't mind that it's there. "If people want to say that, they will," as one of them put it.

In fact, advertising like this is a way for citizens to voice their discontent. This is not an prejudicial or malinformed objection to Obama, which is why I think it's perfectly fine. Unlike the other billboards mentioned in the article, calling Obama a socialist and saying things like "God is not a socialist!" this sign makes sense, is to the point, and packs a punch with few words that are somewhat thought provoking.

That said, I did vote for Obama and I'm not embarrassed at all.

What do you guys think of the sign?

It would likely be the same thing if McCain and Palin were in office and the Democrats put up a billboard like that. It's a freedom of speech asking a non-offensive question. It's better than what's been seen at some Tea Party rallies.

I'm not embarrassed that Obama is our President. He may not be that great of one when we look back on things, but he HAS to be miles and miles better than having McCain and Palin in office.

They should be embarrassed. All he has managed to do since he got into office is come up with a ridiculous health care bill. Yea maybe he is a little bit better then Bush but then again who isn't?

In the end, they're all politicians looking to serve the plan their party has laid out to try and keep things working while lining their pockets as much as possible. We just have to try and pick who will screw things up less for us, and frankly, I wouldn't be able to stand having Palin so close to the Oval Office.

And for the record, that "ridiculous health care" plan or, rather, a facet of it, is allowing me to stay on my parents' insurance until I am 25, a benefit which you, too, will inevitably be greatful for, as most middle class 20/21 year olds (the old cut-off) are often still in college, and unemployed.
