Cinders I really doubt it. I've noticed that when they want to justify their preformed opinions, people look at religion and their Holy Text, and not the other way around. In other words, he's not against tattoos, so he would never go looking for the passage in the Bible that denounces it as sinful. Ignorance can be bliss, but can it get you into heaven? In this case, I think not. Though the debate of whether or not a person never exposed to the teachings of Christ can go to heaven or not rages on. But that's another topic. I rant when I'm hungry. I gave my lunch away today.

emilyroxx People are hypocrites in that way. They say that they want to to be honest with them, but when you ARE honest with them, they get angry at you for insulting them. Sometimes the truth is painful.

thetruthishere I can't tell if the above conversation is just joking around or not, so I apologize if it is hahah, but, the quote isn't about "lying" in the sense of not telling the truth, it's about engaging in sexual activity... The quote is anti-homosexual. I apologize again if you guys did indeed know that :)

bri-marie ^It is. That's why it's ironic. The very next chapter of Leviticus [i]forbids[/i] tattoos (outright forbids, as well, not a "well it can be interpreted" kind of way).

So I recently (and perhaps mistakenly) lost my temper in a thread here on Fanpop. I'd rather not link to it, as it wasn't my finest hora and I perhaps embarrassed myself.

I will say that yes, it was about Obama.

I will also say that no, it wasn't a logical discussion about Obama.

Let me begin por saying that I like Obama-- but I know he isn't perfect. I am open to criticism, and actually complimented (in a comentario to my parents) right-wing politicians who held up their counter-health care proposal in silent protest during a speech on the topic. I complimented them because they were being dignified...
