I have officially, finally, unsubscribed from the Twilight series spot!

Whoohooooo!! *cues the Hallelujah Chorus* Twilight has one less fan today. Life is good. XD

I've just watched that video, and I'm shocked. Attacks? Real, vicious, violent attacks that can do serious harm? I can't get my head around it. Why on EARTH would a girl throw a brick at another girl just because she didn't like Twilight and adore Edward Cullen? o get burned? o have their pet killed?? That's SCARY. I'm now scared for my dog - makes me wonder if maybe some crazy Edward fan would go after my Scoobie because I prefer Jacob! Nothing would surprise me after watching this! I do hope that those particularly extreme stories aren't true, but I have a feeling that these things really do happen. Wow, I'm so glad I'm not at school anymore.
Anyway, I amor Twilight still, but the repetitiveness on the spot is boring me now. I go there now and find I just can't be bothered with it... it's all the same old same old, and the shallowness is beginning to tire. However, I cannot bring myself to leave it, still being a Twilight fan... but I may be less active there, if I continue to find it dull. =[

But if tu don't like it, that's ok...some people don't understand that not everyone can amor Twilight..

Before I saw that "Violence Against Anti-Twilighters" video, I would have dicho I was under a dilemma, whether to unsubscribe that spot o not, because I was in fond of that yellow medal I had, but now I didn't have any segundo thoughts and I just did it!!

I've been wanting to do that for a while, the only reason I haven't done it is because Twilight was the reason I found fanpop over a año ago, but it's not the same spot I used to love, it spams my actualización mostly with things that shouldn't even be there... but one día maybe I'll leave the spot.

I did the same with ALL the twilight related spots, a couple weeks ago. The twilight actualización where getting on my nerves. I mean, they were all about who is the hottest, how hot is Edward, Jasper, Emmett etc and which one of the girls I would like to be, o have as a friend...So annoying....It’s a shame twilight ended up like this (mostly to crazy fans)… :(

I greatly respect and understand how tu feel to some extent.
For a lot of people, they did like Twilight, but then the INSANE fans came to light, and ruined it for you.
I am not like all the other Twilight fans, I'll voice my oppinion just the same as all of you, but in a friendly manner.
And even after this craze is over (in however many years hahaha) I'll still be a fan of it.
I feel that some people are only fans because other people are, and that is very annoying.
I'm sad that the other fans ruined it for you, but that's your choice.
As for this video, I haven't seen it, but it sound discusting, and horrible.
I'm going to look for it, and watch it.

lol great for you! lol but I have a red medal there and I don't have any medallas for anything else. I'm still hanging on the teeny tiny thread that the Twilight crazies will go away sooner o later. lol but I guess the twilight spot will always be poisoned with their venom. That's okay. I keep debating with the same people about the same rumors. lol it gets tiring. haha

I'm sorry tu had to quit the spot of something tu actually like. I just don't get so much hysteria, not Twilight-related, not anything-related. I lived something similar with another fandom time ago, quit everything related to it out of shame, and now I actually dislike that fandom a little bit. Just because of the crazy fans who can't tell the difference between reality and fiction *sigh* Things shouldn't be like this

When I first started out at Fanpop, the first fanspot I joined was actually the Twilight fanspot. For the first month, I enjoyed it. I added links, videos, imágenes and all kinds of stuff.

But after a while... I guess the place got a little crowded. And it gets really irritating. 12-year-olds insulting me... HATE-MAILS... GOD.... What is wrong with them??? I've joined so many fanspots...

And the Twilight fanspot is the only spot with fans sending me hate mails. Geez. Haha.

I'm starting to spend less time there now... I used to go gaga over it... *sighs* Those were the days...I don't think I'll be unsubscribing from the Twilight fanspot though. I amor the books. But I just hate crazy Twilight fans who simply throw insults and aren't able to respect others' opinions.

Hmmm, maybe I should do the same. I'm not a fan of Twilight, not like I used to be when I first read the books. Now, it's all so annoying. I am just so sick of hearing about all the rave about Twilight and also Justin Beiber.
