Help rinsing my hair

I have a hard time rinsing out my hair when I shower. No matter what I try I can never seem to do it right and I always have a little bit of leftover shampoo in it after I get out, even though I stay in the ducha, ducha de for a REALLY long time. Does anybody know how to help?

Maybe tu should change your shampoo? Try something transparent instead of "milky".
