What type of camisa, camiseta would go with a pencil skirt?

Im going sorta on a date... Its tuesday of siguiente week. & i want to wear something nice. But im not sure what type of parte superior, arriba to wear with a pencil skirt. (goes to mid thigh, a bit higher) i have a black and white pencil skirt. So what parte superior, arriba would go with either black o white?
