pumpkinqueen picked Hanamaru Youchien (2/5 stars):
Full metal Alchemist : This was one of the first Anime I ever watched. I loved it until half way through, until we got to that big death (the one caused by Envy). It just got so stupid, the plot went everywhere. The homunculi's stories were just horrible and the ending was atrocious. It was only after watching Brotherhood did I realise just how bad it was. Characters died who shouldn't have died, characters weren't in the story, they made up pointless characters and side stories, and characters even acted different. The whole point of the story was just lost. It...it's pretty bad.

Deadman Wonderland : Only thing I can really say about it was I just didn't like it. I found it weird, slow, and just...boring. Also the main character was one of the worst I've seen. There were probably three characters I cared about, not enough to enjoy it.

Shiki: I just found it overrated and really boring. It had a good concept, but no characters stood out for me. Once it got to episode 18 that was then it got good, I was like "Okay, here we go. Now we are getting somewhere" and then it goes and gives that horrible ending. Like wtf? Dunno, just found it very disappointing.

Hanamaru Youchien: This Anime is on crack, it is so weird. The only reason I pick it is because it is pretty funny and the style is cute. I know one thing, kids in Japan start being weird very young. XD I think if it got rid of it's pedophilia type of vibe it would be a pretty good anime. Just...a little to weird for me.

Vampire Knight Guilty: I loved the first season, I thought it was really good. I loved Yuuki, she was my favorite character. Then....this season came along and everything went to sh*t. Yuuki turned into a complete cheating b*tch, the plot took a turn for the worse, and everything was just horrible. The only good thing about the whole series was Zero and Ichiru's story.

Air: I feel like I need to be on drugs to enjoy this one. This was 100% the most disappointing anime I have seen. I had so much hope for it and it let me down so hard. I hated the story and felt like I needed to be high to even get it. I did not like the main characters and thought it all was messed up.

School Days: Do I really need to explain this one?

Highschool of the Dead: This is one of the few shows out there that if you actually like it, then I have little respect of you. This is one of the most disturbing and disgusting shows I've ever seen. Not only is it completely sexist, but totally perverted as well. Wanna know the point of the story? Boobs and pantie shots. That is it, that is all it is. It is an anime for perverts. The characters all have unrealistic breast sizes, their chests are always in your face and pantie shots are every five seconds. There is literally a scene were the guy uses a girl's chest as a prop for his gun....not kinding.

Junjou Romantics: I don't care if I sound like a douche for saying this, but if you like this Anime and think there is nothing wrong with it, then you are a horrible human being. Not only does this show romanticise rape, but also abuse relationships, stalking, and pedophilia. It disgusts me to no end that people actually like this show....it makes me hate the human race. This is not okay...this Anime is not okay...you should not see a controlling and manipulative relationship as romantic. Two of the main couples raped their 'lover' and everyone is okay with that. The show never says it isn't okay, never talks about it. Nope, totally fine and romantic. I mean they fall in love with them. Who wouldn't fall in love with a rapist, who just wants to control you. Pure romance right there.

LittleMissBook picked Shiki (2/5 stars):
Shiki and Air are incredibly beautiful and well written series </3 Even though you didn't enjoy Shiki, why didn't you try to rank it a bit more from a critical standpoint? Even though it wasn't enjoyable, I belive it deserves more than just 2 stars

The DW anime was okay, it just got screwed up. I don't know / like the rest

Bookie: Because when I rate stuff it is from my point of view. If I add up the plot, characters, art style, pace of the show, the ending, and everything as a whole it comes down to 2 stars. Also I am going off of Anime Planets rankings, and on there they have the stars ranked with ok, fair, good, bad, and best. So I did give it an OK ranking. Only four of these I gave the bad star rank.

I don't care if you like it, that is perfectly fine. You just see something in it that I do not. :)

AlaMa picked Highschool of the Dead (0.5/5 stars):
I haven't watched most of them.
But i can say something about highschool of the dead, i watched the first episode, hated every second, i then watched the last episode just to know what happens in the end, there, too, i hated every second, the story didn't even got a proper ending, disgusting, some years later i still don't wanna go back and watch the whole thing.

ArcticWolf picked Shiki (2/5 stars):
I don't really care for Fullmetal Alchemist (straying from the manga is a big no-no to me), Deadman Wonderland, or High School of the Dead. I haven't seen Hanamaru Youchien, Air, or School Days because of lack of interest (but I'm probably going to watch them at some point in my life tbh). And I honestly liked Vampire Knight: Guilty just as much as the first season (I really like the art, soundtracks, and sort of neo-gothic vibe it sends off. The characters are 'eh' compared to this imo).

As for Shiki, I adore Shiki so much! It has the most beautiful soundtrack I've ever heard and I actually cared about the characters which is so rare for me to begin with asdfjkl;. I liked the pacing actually, probably because I loved the whole neo-gothic atmosphere again (and why I like it much more than anime like Higurashi). I liked the ending too - the last few episodes were probably my favorite. I loved how by the end of the anime there were basically no antagonists; every character was just trying to survive in the circumstances they were forced to deal with.

Hoo boy, and Junjou Romantica. I wouldn't have a problem if people spoke openly about it being just a guilty pleasure and they don't condone this sort of thing in real life... but they don't. Many fans think it's okay for this kind of thing to happen outside of the world of fiction. I mean, I like my demented fanfics but I acknowledge that the relationship is unhealthy and should only exist in my fantasy. It's like an unhealthy merge of guilty pleasure fantasy into something that people are taking seriously.

Kuro_Hyou666 picked Air (1/5 stars):
Every Key anime I've watched hasn't disappointed me so far and Air was no exception. It was a beautiful anime, albeit with a disjointed feel about it at a certain point. It was quite haunting as well and there was evident mystery surrounding certain concepts in the story.
Full Metal Alchemist was great, too. I didn't like Brotherhood much, so I rate FMA: Original a lot more than it. I like how the emotional stuff seemed more natural than in Brotherhood, which, to me, felt more exaggerated.
Highschool of the Dead was indeed full of fan-service and isn't my personal cup of tea. Plus, the whole plot-line seemed fairly corny and sub-standard.
