For me this would be the movie "Labyrinth". It has already mangas, so an anime would be really nice.

My favourite drama '1 Litre of Tears' would be perfect as an anime. It's perfect how it is though....but I'd still amor to just see the story told through a beautifully drawn anime.... it would just be so amazing ><

Also for some reason I think the film Carrie would work nicely as a horror anime film....just imagine how the prom scene would look, kind of Elfen Lied style... it could be awesome!
