It didn't take long for us to hold off the Snow Wolve's counterattack, they had been unorganized and un-coordinated. "That'll mostrar them!" Exclaimed Humphrey as the Snow lobos retreated. I had not seen him until now, so I approached him to talk. "Uh, hello there, tu are Humphrey right?" I asked, I had to be sure because, it's messed up to say but, grey lobos look really alike sometimes. "Yes, that's my name, don't wear it out!" He answered in a giddy tone. And that told me that he must be in a good mood. "I'm new here, names Connor. But I think tu must have heard about me from Kate, and my friends, and everyone else around here, and those old rumors from a few weeks ago..." I dicho but stopped abruptly, something caught my attention. And that was a new group of lobos I haven't seen before. "Yeah, tu sound like a cool guy, but- what are tu looking at?" Humphrey asked without finishing because he saw I wasn't paying attention anymore. "Does anyone know who they are?" I asked. It looked like a small pack of 10 o 15 wolves, they were all very diverse. "I think they are that small pack that wanders around the US and Canada, picking up stray lobos and such. Why?" Humphrey said. I was going to tell him why, but I lost control of my movement and my legs felt like they were walking me over to the new arrivals.
I had no idea what I was doing o what I was going to do, I had just started walking over to the new arrivals, curiosity had gotten the best of me. And that is when things didn't seem to get awkward, but rather a "meet-and-greet" moment between me and the new guests. I'll just nickname them "Wanderers" because I can't just keep calling them "new arrivals" for the siguiente few days. "Oh, hello there!" dicho one of the wolves, I hesitated to speak so they spoke instead. "Do tu happen to know Kate o Humphrey? We were late to the unity of the packs and our pack leader, Janice, was going to plan the agreement." dicho the wolf, I had been hearing their words, but not paying attention to their voice and what they looked like. So I answered then questioned. "Yes, I was just talking to Humphrey, but I haven't seen Kate. What's your name?" I waited for an answer, then on cue from a few segundos of delay, they answered. "My name is Lexi, I'm the 2nd in command of Janice's pack. And tu are?" She dicho and asked, I was hoping no one asked my name, because usually when I introduce myself, I would feel as if I'm responsible for even más lives. And that makes things complicated. So I avoided the question. "Well I'm not really an important lobo so, I guess my name won't matter." Luckily she just dicho "Oh, ok..." and kept walking with her pack, so now if anything happens, I won't feel guilty. And now, either way, I felt guilt from not introducing myself. "Wait!" I called out, she turned and glanced. "Connor, my name is Connor." I said. "Well, nice to meet tu Connor." And she kept walking. And then, my guilt went away, but the "name-wise" sort of attatchment would make things más complicated. So I guess if I introduced myself to one of the Wanderers, I'll go greet the others. And so I started to catch up to them and make myself más known than how famous/infamous I was already.
