The four lobos were still waiting for the black lobo to wake up. Kate saw a small area of red on the girl's side. Blood. Kate walked over to an area of césped, hierba and picked the longest and widest one. She took it and wrapped it around the black wolf's body, covering up the blood. Confused, Humphrey asked, "Umm, what are tu doing?"

She tied a knot on the blade of césped, hierba to keep it in place and answered, "It'll keep her blood inside her body, where it belongs."

"Good thinking," Garth said.

"What do tu think her name is?" Lilly asked the others, after a few minutos of waiting.

Kate wondered the same thing and said, "We can ask her when she's awake."

Humphrey sighed. For fun-loving omega, waiting was not his thing. Kate rolled her eyes, knowing what he was thinking and said, "Humphrey, if you're bored then go get your head stuck in a árbol again."

Garth smiled, he liked the idea, too bad it wasn't going to happen.

"That was one time, Kate. One time, and it was an accide-" He stopped. The black lobo was awake. She blinked a few times and started lifting her head. The lobo was about to stand up, but from the pain in her side, she stayed down. Noticing the other lobos around her, she asked, "Where am I?"

"You're still in Helena National Forest." Kate answered.

"Wh- What happened? Where's the hunter?"

Garth smiled and said, "Don't worry about the hunter. We hid his weapon and scared him off. Are tu alright?"

"Well, i've been better, for sure. I'll live."

Lilly got to ask her question, "What's your name?"

"Dawn."

"Nice name." Kate commented.

"Thanks, what are your names?" She looked around.

"I'm Lilly."

"Humphrey."

"Kate."

"Garth."

Dawn looked at the group, and didn't recognize them. "I've never seen tu around here before."

Kate explained, "We're from Canada."

"Really... What part of Canada?"

"Jasper Park." Garth answered.

"Did I just hear tu right?" Dawn tried to stand up again, but the pain was too much. She was able to sit up though. "Did tu just say 'Jasper Park'?"

Kate started to get interested, wondering where this black lobo was going with the question.

Dawn realized that the others were confused, so she told them, "I use to live in Jasper. A human took me here when I was still young. I've been hoping for a way back. I never thought I'd get back, so I made a inicial here." Dawn explained.

"What happened to your parents?" asked Lilly.

"I don't know, I was away at Alpha school wh-"

"You were an alpha?" Kate interrupted.

Dawn nodded her head and asked why. Kate answered, "I...I remember when I was in alpha school..."

FLASHBACK

Winston walked to an area of tall césped, hierba and crouched low, instructing, "So you're prey won't run, tu stay as close to the ground and be as quiet as possible. tu slowly crawl towards them like this." He stayed close to the ground and slowly walked through the césped, hierba around the group, mostrando them exactly what to do. Then, he told the group to do exactly as he had done. Once they had all taken their turn, having to walk around the group in the césped, hierba as quietly as possible, they got back to their original places and waited. Then a little golden lobo close to the front of the group lifted her paw and asked, "What do we do if we accidentally make a sound like stepping on a twig? Will the caribbou run from a sound like that?"

"Good question, thanks for bringing that up." Winston explained, "The caribbou will run from any small sound not made por their group. So, if tu make any sound at all, just stay hidden as well as tu can. If they do run, attack the closest one, unless tu are fast enough to catch the good ones." Eve walked to the group and told Winston, "It's getting dark, it's about time to end lessons for the day."

"Alright, thanks Eve. Okay, alphas, great job with today's lesson. Tomorrow, we'll work on identifying the best caribbou to attack."

The class broke into smaller groups, starting to talk with new friends they had made. A oro lobo sat still, looking at the other groups of friends, upset there was nobody to talk to. Then, a black lobo came up to her and said, "Hi, tu look lonely over here."

"Kind of, yea."

"What's your name?"

"I'm Kate."

"Nice to meet you. I'm Dawn. Isn't the teacher your dad?"

"Yea, he is. Why?" Young Kate asked.

Young Dawn pointed out, "You look nothing like him."

"Yea, I get my looks from my mother. But my personality and attitude are from dad." Kate had made a new friend at alpha school.

END FLASHBACK

"Th-That was you?" Dawn asked Kate.

"Yea." Kate answered, she had finally found her friend. "What happened though? tu were doing just fine the last time I saw you."

"Well..." Dawn began.

A/N: Oh no tu don't. This is the end of this chapter for now. I should have the siguiente one up sometime tomorrow since I am taking the día off from work. Here is a little hint that will keep tu running on the walls until the siguiente chapter is up: It will involve a family being reunited.

Have a nice day. :D
The night sky was dark that night, the light of the stars and moon hidden por a thick blanket of jet-black clouds. From the clouds drifted hundreds of thousands of snowflakes, the winter winds guiding them on their journey to the ground. From the soil, a forest of lodgepole pines stood tall, looming over the snowy, Canadian landscape. A brotherly pair of lobos traveled within their shadows, the eldest of the two in the lead. The younger male stuck closely behind his companion, using him as a shield against the blustering wind. Despite this, snow still managed to cling onto his coat. He growled....

Chapter 10: Ride to Victory

As they retreated through the woods and back towards the valley, Humphrey and the others did so in a way so as not to lose the enemy, but also didn't let them get too close. They just needed to lure them back to the pack and then the real battle would begin.

As they reentered the territory, the lobos stopped and turned around to face back into the woods as the humans and the remaining perros emerged. Humphrey and the others stood with a proud, disciplined, almost militaristic stance, waiting for the trap to be sprung. When the humans appeared out of the woods, they...

Chapter 4: Revenge of a King

The rest of the group was hiding in the bushes just outside the pack borders when they heard Humphrey's terrible scream. The worst part was the fact that they couldn't do anything about it.

Back in the den, one of King's henchwolves entered the cave.

"Sir," he said.

King looked up with a furious look on his face.

"I thought I asked for complete privacy!"

"Sorry sir," the lobo said. "But there are several lobos approaching through the trees."

"Ahh!" King growled in frustration. The lobo quickly left the cave so as to avoid his master's fury.

King looked down at Humphrey,...

Chapter 2: Pack Meeting

That night, Humphrey didn't sleep too well. He was continuing to think about his parents and was talking in his sleep as he did so.

"Mom. Dad. No, don't leave. Help!"

Outside the den, Kate and Winston were quietly talking.

"We can't keep it a secret any longer," Winston said...
